Introducing the Cast of TREASURE

Shelia Wofford - (Skye White) Shelia Wofford is a writer, director and producer and has been performing for over 30 years.  She is a SAG-E (Screen Actors Guild Eligible) professional actress; Film credits- Michael Valentine/ Live to Inspire Productions, The Cardinal Rule/ Seedtime Productions, Garbage Men/ Claymore Motion Pictures, RABIDUS/Three Peace Production, The Last Assignment/TPN, The Last Punch/General Productions, Breeze/FilmOctober, Bloated Minds/Claymore Motion Pictures, Psychology of Secrets/EAM, Redemption 316/ Zulu Pictures. TV credits- Advocate & Solicitor/Plum Tree Productions, Fatal Attraction/TV ONE Channel, True Crime/ Discovery Channel, Homicide Hunters/ Discovery Channel, Meet the Browns and House of Payne/Tyler Perry Studios, Let’s Stay Together/BET Network Studios and Drop Dead Diva/Lifetime Network. Theater credits- Dividing the Estate, Gee’s Bend, To Kill A Mockingbird, Blues for Mr. Charlie, TimeSquare Angel, The Crucible, Intimate Apparel and The Story at the Chattanooga Theatre Centre. Training:  Film/TV/Commercial Acting Class with Dwayne Boyd/Premier Actors’ Network in Atlanta, GA, Acting for the Camera Cold Read/Hope Alexander/ Chattanooga Theatre Centre, and Improv/theater Acting Class with Karl Gardner/Destiny Ensemble Theater.  She is signed with Talent Trek Agency.

James Lawson -  (Doc) James Lawson lives outside of Chattanooga Tennessee with his wife and daughter. Film and television credits include background work on the movie “42,” “Survivor’s Remorse” for Starz Network and also “The Game,” and “Being Maryjane” both which air on BET. James has appeared in the following theatrical productions with the Chattanooga Theatre Center. In 2013 he played Torvald Helmer in Henrik Ibsen’s “A Doll’s House,” and in 2015 James portrayed Ludwig Van Beethoven in Moises Kaufman’s “33 Variations.” He credits this as being his favorite and most challenging role. In 2016, he portrayed Bob in Horton Foote’s “Dividing The Estate,” and quickly returned to the stage as Father Dunston in “The Library” by Scott Z. Burns. James has also worked in radio and television commercials. James is an avid amateur treasure hunter and enjoys spending time with family.

Jeremy Wilkins – (Alvin White/Pop) Jeremy Wilkins is an experience actor that has performed on many stages here in Chattanooga which includes: Gees Bend/ Chattanooga Theatre Center, Beauty and the Beast/ Ripple Theater, The Color Purple/ Ensemble Theater of Chattanooga. He has also participate and performed in some 24 Play Festival 2015. Jeremy’s film credit include: Jagged Little Pill/ DGM Video Productions.

Breelyn Wordlaw – (young Skye) Breelyn Wordlaw is the daughter of April Brown. She was born on September 19, 2008. She is an amazing girl who loves to sing, act, explore and make friends. She is the youngest of two siblings Brandon and Baylee. She is definitely the center of attention. Breelyn plays the role of young Skye in the short film. TREASURE will be her acting debut.

Shelia Wofford – (Director, Writer, Producer, Filmmaker, Casting Director) Shelia Wofford is the writer, director and executive producer TREASURE and MICHAEL VALENTINE. Shelia is the owner of Live to Inspire Productions. She has written and directed 10 stage play productions and the creator of the Chattanooga Actors Film & Theater Network Event. She has directed and produced a promotional video for the Chattanooga Actors Film & Theater Network Event in Chattanooga.

David Moore – (Cinematographer/Videographer)  David Moore is a professional videographer for over 30 years. David is the owner of DM Weddings & Events. He is the chief videographer at WDEF TV in Chattanooga and supervise videographers and editors. David is also a professional photographer.

Sam A. Wofford Jr. – (2nd Assistant Camera/Still Photographer) Sam Wofford is an IT specialist. He is over the Media Ministry at Living Stones Ministry. He has many years of sound and Media experience.

 

Sam A. Wofford III (Trey) – (Sound/ Production Assistant) Trey Wofford volunteers with the Media Ministry at Living Stones Ministry. Trey is the sound guy on this project. Trey Wofford Film credits – Michael Valentine/ Live To Inspire Productions Double Sided/ Yvonovy Films and The Scent of Lavender/ POV Pictures. Theater credits- I, Testify, The Good Son, Spirit of Christmas, Testimony, A Wise Night, Gone,  The Beginning, Free, The Journey, Easter without Dad with Living Stones Ministry. A graduate of Chattanooga School for the Arts & Sciences studying Theater, Scene Study and Monologues. Dwayne Boyd/Premier Actors’ Network studying Film/TV/Commercial with Dwayne Boyd and Hope Alexander/Actor’s Lab studying  Cold read/Improvisation  Acting for the Camera.
